The Drip Suite builds on the same daily cadence engine, then adds what a team actually needs to run on it: shared pipeline visibility, meetings that turn into tracked opportunities, built-in quoting, a forecasted pipeline, map-based routing for field reps and service techs, and a service desk that runs on the same install — with no server to stand up and no per-seat cloud bill.
The daily cadence, scoring, and regions from The Drip are all still there. Suite is what wraps around them once more than one person is working the same book of business.
Every rep's accounts, contacts, and activity live in one shared dataset — not a manager's separate rollup file. Region and role-based views so people see what's relevant to them.
Book a meeting, promote it to a Lead, convert the Lead to a tracked Opportunity with its own stage, dollar value, and activity history — a real pipeline a manager can run the business on, not just a status label.
Team and rep-level dashboards, stalled-account alerts, and a conflict review screen for anything that needs a human decision when two people's data disagree — no separate manager app to install.
Build a quote against an Opportunity, send it for e-signature-style acceptance, and mark it paid — without paying for a separate quoting SaaS on top of your CRM.
Your service team and service manager work in the same install as sales. Schedule service visits on the shared calendar, and open a service case against an account — track it from reported to on-site to closed, with its own notes and history, right next to that account's sales record.
Suite doesn't just show what's closed — it forecasts a forward pipeline from current activity: open Opportunities and their stages, cadence momentum, and how meetings have been converting to Leads and Opportunities. You get a projected number a manager can actually plan against.
Put a field sales engineer or a service tech on a map that shows their accounts clustered by area, then build the day's route — so a trip to one site picks up the three others nearby instead of a second drive out next week.
Every meeting, task, and service visit across the team, laid out by week, month, or quarter — filterable by rep, tech, and event type.
Pipeline overview, forecast vs. actual, rep performance, and revenue reporting out of the box — the numbers a manager actually needs, without building a dashboard by hand.
CSV upload, automatic account scoring, automatic territory regions, Google Maps list building, Gmail + Outlook support, and the same daily cadence engine — all carried forward, not rebuilt separately.
Rep, sales manager, service tech, service manager, and accounting roles each see the views relevant to their job — one install, license-gated by seat, not five different apps to keep track of.
Most team CRMs mean your whole pipeline sits on a vendor's multi-tenant cloud, billed per seat, per month, forever. The Drip Suite works differently: each teammate's install is fully offline-capable, and syncs with the rest of the team through a folder in the cloud storage you already use — Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox.
No new vendor to vet, no server for anyone to stand up or secure, and it keeps working for a genuinely mobile team with no shared office network. One license per seat, no subscription — the same rule as The Drip.
Multiple reps across territories, one manager who needs a real rollup — not five reps' worth of exported files to reconcile by hand.
A service manager scheduling visits and tracking cases, field techs on the road, and sales reps working the same accounts — all in one shared system instead of a CRM plus a separate service tool.
Teams that want shared pipeline visibility and a real forecast without adopting a heavyweight, subscription CRM built for a much bigger company.
If your reps already run The Drip individually, Suite is the natural next step once you need shared visibility and manager reporting.
No shared office network required — the sync model is built for reps and techs who are never all in the same building.
How is this different from the Manager Add-on in The Drip?
The Manager Add-on is a rollup view inside the individual Drip app — a manager imports each rep's exported activity into their own copy. The Drip Suite is a different product: a genuinely shared, always-in-sync dataset across the whole team, plus the additional CRM layer (Opportunities, quoting, Calendar, reporting) that the Manager Add-on doesn't include.
Do we need to set up a server?
No. Team sync runs through a shared folder in whatever cloud storage you already use — Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox. There's nothing to host and no IT project required.
Can our service team use this too?
Yes — that's built in, not a separate module. Service techs and a service manager run the same install as sales, with their own role-based views. They schedule service visits on the shared calendar and open a service case against an account, tracked from reported through on-site to closed, with its history sitting right next to that account's sales record. Field techs get the same map routing as reps.
How does the pipeline forecast work?
Suite projects a forward number from what's actually happening now — open Opportunities and their stages, how quickly touches and meetings are moving, and your team's real meeting-to-Lead and Lead-to-Opportunity conversion rates — rather than only counting deals that already closed. Reports show forecast against actual as the period plays out.
What's the map routing?
Every account is already geocoded for the automatic territory regions. Suite plots a rep's or tech's accounts on a map, clusters them by area, and builds a route for the day so one trip covers the nearby accounts instead of scattered drives across the week.
What does it cost?
$998 per seat, one time — no subscription, same rule as The Drip. Larger teams get a per-seat discount that scales with headcount; book a meeting or email Chad for a team quote. See pricing below.
What operating system does it run on?
Windows and Mac, same as The Drip. The Mac app is a signed, notarized build for Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or later, macOS 11+), and Payhip lets you choose either download at checkout. The iPhone companion app works with Suite too.
Can I start with The Drip now and move to Suite later?
Yes — that's the intended path. The Drip is for individual reps; The Drip Suite is built on the same foundation for when a team needs shared visibility. Email Chad about moving your data across.
How many seats does this scale to?
The sync model is built for small-to-mid teams — comfortably in the 15–25 concurrent user range at launch. If you're larger than that, email Chad directly to talk through it.
The Drip Suite is licensed per seat, bought once — the same rule as The Drip. Every seat includes the full CRM: shared pipeline, opportunities, quoting, calendar, forecasting, map routing, and the service desk. Team and dealer-network pricing is available on request.
